I have thoughts about the drunk meme if Keith is the drunk one. Though if Shiro is drunk he can be awkward and try to be the responsible one.

Keith would definitely run under option 8 and be wandering about lost and needs to be steered back 'home' after trying a weird drink the locals would not shut up about until he tried. Alternatively, Keith being the not drunk one trying to shove food at Shiro and/or get him to his quarters to sleep that weird drink off. I have no idea how Shiro changes when drunk? If he's more affectionate or what, but it has good potential for making Keith internally scream a lot.
